Context:

HP and their ProCurve Networking solutions for small to enterprise-sized organizations were feeling the competitive heat. They asked if we could represent the product and its benefits in a way nobody else could. Credibility for being secure, reliable, proactive, and preferred was the priority.

Contribution:

After weeks of research, trade-show meet & greets, and conversations with leading engineers and scientists in sensitive fields who agreed to speak with me, I conceived and wrote the following trade publication print assets.

Impact:

  • Demand for ProCurve nearly tripled within 6 months

  • Awareness and recall for ProCurve Networking switches surpassed their leading competitor; Barracuda, for the first time

  • Division revenue exceeded expectations in the first 12 months

Making the point bigger.

Trade publication print assets in situ for an audience with the highly advanced tech knowledge necessary for large-scale applications with a scope that only top-experts in their field could begin to comprehend.

Overall consistent feedback from the client and its product users was; Finally, something that makes us and the vital work we do come off as exciting, meaningful, and human.
